I did a double take at this building when I glanced out the window at a stoplight. And thanks to the really good panoramic photo setting on my phone, I was able to get a photo of the whole thing.

I'm not sure...I was thinking maybe it's a hotel; it seems that there would be more junk on the balconies if someone lived there all the time. Who knows! It just looked funny sticking up like that. :)
